Pain for football fans: Sports Interactive cancels Football Manager 2025 release

Football Manager is one of the most popular football simulation games in the world, but fans will have to wait much longer for the next version.
Details: Today, the game's developers, Sports Interactive, officially announced that work on the release of Football Manager 2025 has been completely halted.
The game was initially scheduled for release in November but was later postponed to March. However, the company has now decided to shift its full focus to Football Manager 2026.
All players who had pre-ordered the game will receive a refund.
Football Manager 2025 was supposed to be the first game in the series to run on the Unity engine, but the developers were unable to complete the transition.
Reminder: Last month, EA FC released its Team of the Year lineup.
