Veteran Magesi FC coach Owen Da Gama explained what went right for them with their sixth win at Seshego Stadium. The coach spoke after their 2-1 win over TS Galaxy in Polkwane.

After this win, Magesi FC are in 11th position with 29 points from 25 matches.

Because of the team's performance this month, the coach was awarded the Coach of the Month award, while former captain Elvis Chipezezeze left with the team's Player of the Month award for the same month.

Magesi FC are celebrating their latest win!

Despite leading his team to six consecutive victories at Seshego Stadium, coach Owen Da Gama refuses to call it a fortress yet.

"Six wins are not enough. You need at least 12 to call it a slaughterhouse," he said.

However, he acknowledged their strong home advantage, attributing it to being the stadium's sole tenants: "We’re the only team playing here, so we know it’s truly our home ground. At the old Peter Mokaba Stadium, we struggled because too many teams used it—we were just visitors there."

The 63-year-old tactician emphasized their mission: "Now, at Seshego, we must make the people of Polokwane and all of Limpopo proud by working even harder."
