Details: The Spanish midfielder's agent, Barquero, officially confirmed on the El Larguero radio show that Rodri has opted for Barcelona over Real Madrid. According to the midfielder’s representative, personal terms with the Catalan giants are already 100% agreed.

Barquero emphasized that Rodri’s camp informed Real Madrid’s management out of deep respect for the capital club, which had shown exemplary professionalism during negotiations. Nevertheless, the player himself made a firm decision to continue his career with Barcelona.

"Out of respect for Real, who handled themselves in the best possible way, Rodri informed the club that he had decided to join Barça," Barquero stated.
