Details: Today, the official page of German side Augsburg on social network X announced that 38-year-old German specialist Sandro Wagner is no longer the head coach of the team.

It was reported that the contract termination came by mutual agreement. The match against Hoffenheim proved decisive for Wagner, as the club's management concluded afterward that he would not be able to turn the team’s fortunes around:
Wagner took charge of Augsburg in July this year, leading the team in only 14 matches, recording 4 wins, 1 draw, and suffering 9 defeats.
The name of Augsburg’s new head coach will be announced later.
