Out for a kickabout? Neymar posts photo from a local urban pitch

Santos star Neymar continues to regain peak physical condition following another injury that forced him to miss the call-up to the Brazilian national team. The footballer not only trains hard in the gym but also visits the urban pitch to watch the game and perhaps have a kickabout himself — he shared a corresponding photo on his Instagram page.

Neymar reposted a publication from his friend, posing with him inside a football cage somewhere in the city. The friend captioned the photo with the words "This duo has already scored several goals on urban pitches," to which Neymar added, "Lots of goals," accompanied by laughing emojis.

It is worth noting that Neymar was previously called up to the Brazilian national team for the first time in a year and a half. This long hiatus was due to serious injuries that the footballer had been recovering from for over a year.

The Brazilian was incredibly excited about the opportunity to return to the national team, but a new injury forced him to decline the call-up. As a result, Neymar, like his friend Leo Messi, will miss the head-to-head match between Argentina and Brazil, scheduled for March 26.
