According to Font, bringing Guardiola back is more than just a dream—it’s a real objective:
“One of our goals is to bring Pep Guardiola back to Barça,” said Font.
Guardiola managed Barcelona from 2008 to 2012. His tenure is considered one of the most remarkable periods in the club’s history, and the 2010 Barcelona side is still viewed as one of the greatest teams ever assembled in football.
With Barcelona, Pep won two Champions Leagues, three La Liga titles, two UEFA Super Cups, two FIFA Club World Cups, two Copa del Rey trophies, and three Spanish Super Cups.
Currently, Guardiola is the manager of Manchester City, with a contract running until the summer of 2027.
