Osimhen has been named the best player of Serie A 2022/23 by footballers. Spalletti - the best coach

The annual Gran Galà del calcio ceremony, organized by the Italian Footballers' Association, took place in Italy. The best players and coaches of the previous Italian football season, along with winners in other categories, have been determined at this event.

As a result of the voting, Napoli's forward Victor Osimhen was recognized as the best player of the 2022/23 Serie A season. His 26 goals in Serie A made a significant contribution to Napoli's long-awaited Scudetto.

Luciano Spalletti, the head coach, received the most votes in the category of the best coach of the previous season for his pivotal role in Napoli's golden season.

• Winner in the "Legend" category - Gianluigi Buffon (Parma)
