Promoter Oscar De La Hoya has confirmed that The Ring magazine has been sold to Turki Al-Sheikh for $10 million.
Quote: "I had some discussions with His Excellency, and he made an offer we couldn't refuse. This was an asset I had held onto for many years. We worked hard to keep it alive, but now it's in safe hands," De La Hoya said.
Recall: In 2022, it was decided to discontinue the monthly print edition of the magazine. Al-Sheikh has already announced plans to restore the print version of The Ring.
