They are very keen to bring in Benni McCarthy, who is currently working with the Kenya national team. However, it appears that his move to Orlando is unlikely—McCarthy himself has hinted as much.
Quote: "I'm looking forward to this opportunity, and when I watched the AFCON U20, I saw real potential in the Kenya U20 squad. I have a lot of good players to work with, so I have a wide selection," Benni McCarthy said.
If a deal with Benni McCarthy cannot be reached, other candidates on the list include Rhulani Mokwena and Pitso Mosimane. Mokwena is considered the front-runner for the head coach position.
