Newcastle hosts Brighton in the FA Cup Round of 16. The teams exchanged goals in the first half. Alexander Isak opened the scoring with a penalty, while Yankuba Minteh equalized.
Interestingly, Isak has scored 17 goals in 17 matches where he started in all competitions since early December. Only Mohamed Salah (18) has scored more goals during this period among all Premier League players.
It was earlier reported that six clubs are competing for Newcastle's forward. Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United, Bayern, and PSG have shown interest in the Swedish striker.
It is noted that Newcastle is ready to consider offers for their forward only if the transfer fee exceeds 100 million euros.
