In the upcoming period, the 2024 AFC Asian Cup and the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations are set to begin, causing many top clubs to be without key players. Among the English top clubs, only Manchester City will not lose any players during this period. The losses for the top clubs are as follows:

  • Liverpool: Mohamed Salah (Egypt) and Takehiro Tomiyasu (Japan)
    Arsenal: Mohamed Elneny (Egypt) and Takehiro Tomiyasu (Japan)
    Tottenham: Son Heung-Min (South Korea), Yves Bissouma (Mali), and Pape Matar Sarr (Senegal)
    Manchester United: Andre Onana (Cameroon), Amad Diallo (Ivory Coast), and Sofyan Amrabat (Morocco)
    Chelsea: Nicolas Jackson (Senegal)

The 2024 Africa Cup of Nations will take place in Ivory Coast from January 13 to February 11, while the 2024 AFC Asian Cup will be hosted by Qatar, with matches scheduled from January 12 to February 10.

Senegal is the current champion of Africa, and the last Asian Cup was won by Qatar.
