‘Only 26’: Crook Backs Osimhen for EPL Move

TalkSPORT presenter Alex Crook has urged Premier League clubs to target Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen next summer after another prolific spell in Turkey.

Osimhen, who initially joined Galatasaray on loan following a failed deadline-day move to Chelsea, fired the Istanbul giants to a domestic double. He scored 37 goals in 41 games last season and has continued his hot form this campaign.

Crook said, “Victor Osimhen scored 37 goals in 41 games last season on loan at Galatasaray… He looks ready-made for the Premier League… He is only 26.”

Osimhen has added 12 goals in 16 matches and is currently with Nigeria at AFCON 2025, featuring in the 2-1 win over Tanzania, though a deep run could affect club availability.
