Napoli's player Eljif Elmas is making a move to the German Bundesliga club RB Leipzig, as reported by journalist Fabrizio Romano.

According to information, an agreement between the clubs has been reached, and all details regarding the personal contract have been settled. Napoli is set to receive 25 million euros. The medical examination is scheduled to take place closer to the end of December.

Elmas is a product of the Rabotnicki club from his hometown. On October 4, 2015, he made his debut in the Macedonian championship at the age of 16 in a match against the capital's Metalurg. On April 10, 2016, in a game against Horizont Turnovo, Elmas scored his first goal for Rabotnicki.

In the summer of 2019, Elmas moved to Italian club Napoli for a transfer fee of 16 million euros. On August 24, he made his debut in Serie A against Fiorentina, and on February 3, 2020, in a match against Sampdoria, Elmas scored his first goal for the new club.

In the same year, he contributed to Napoli winning the Italian Cup. In 2021, during the group stage matches of the UEFA Europa League against Spartak and English side Leicester City, Elmas scored four goals. In 2023, he played a key role in helping the club secure the championship.
