Following the departure of Douglas Luiz to Juventus, Aston Villa is on the verge of losing another key player.
According to Gianluigi Longari, Aston Villa's French winger, Moussa Diaby, has agreed to terms with Saudi club Al-Ittihad.
Al-Ittihad is offering the Birmingham club 60 million euros for Diaby's transfer. It is expected that Aston Villa will be compelled to accept this offer due to financial difficulties.
Thus, Diaby will become the third high-profile French footballer at Al-Ittihad, joining N'Golo Kanté and Karim Benzema.
In the previous season, which saw Aston Villa unexpectedly qualify for the Champions League, Diaby recorded 6 goals and 8 assists in 36 Premier League matches.
