London's Chelsea has suffered from a shortage of strikers this season due to injuries. Nicolas Jackson was essentially left as the lone frontman after Marc Guiu's injury, leaving the club's attack noticeably weakened. This summer, the Blues intend to address the issue.

Details: Head coach Enzo Maresca stated that the club will "one hundred percent" sign a new striker during the summer transfer window.

Quote: "I can't answer that right now because I don't know the other part, whether there was a number nine here. Of course, with us, in my personal opinion, he has grown and become much better. And if there had been another number nine here, would he have been better? I don't know."

When asked if he needs someone to provide competition for the striker position, he replied: "One hundred percent," Maresca was quoted as saying by Goal.

Recall: Earlier reports suggested that the club is open to selling Jackson, but only under certain conditions.
