Stuttgart midfielder Deniz Undav has cemented his status as one of the most efficient performers in European football this season.
Details: In the Europa League playoff match against Celtic, the German forward provided a decisive assist for Bilal El Khannouss, reaching a significant statistical milestone. Undav now boasts double digits in both goals and assists across all competitions.
Thanks to this assist, Undav became just the sixth player from Europe's top five leagues to register a "double-double" (10+ goals and 10+ assists) this season. His numbers are impressive: 16 goals and 10 assists to his name.
The company the Stuttgart forward finds himself in is truly elite. Alongside Undav, only five others have matched these stats this season: Lamine Yamal, Fermín López, and Marcus Rashford (Barcelona), Luis Díaz and Michael Olise (Bayern Munich).
It's worth noting that Stuttgart's match against Scottish side Celtic has been dictated by the German club, who are already leading 4-1.
Reminder: Former Stuttgart striker Nick Woltemade wants to leave Newcastle and return to Germany.
