This year, the English Premier League has seen fierce competition among top players, and today the league announced the winner of the Player of the Month award for September.

Details: Chelsea star Cole Palmer has been named the Premier League Player of the Month for September.

In the voting, Palmer edged out competitors such as Harvey Barnes (Newcastle), Gabriel (Arsenal), Raúl Jiménez (Fulham), Ollie Watkins (Aston Villa), Dwight McNeil (Everton), and Liverpool duo Luis Díaz and Ryan Gravenberch.

In September, Palmer played four matches, scoring five goals and providing one assist.

Reminder: In August, Manchester City’s prolific striker Erling Haaland was named Player of the Month.

Palmer was also recently named the England National Team’s Player of the Year.
