Eintracht Frankfurt's Omar Marmoush is likely to be back in Egypt's starting lineup for their important last group game against Botswana in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

The Pharaohs, who will play Botswana on Tuesday, November 19, at the Air Defense Stadium, want to finish their qualifying matches strongly. Marmoush, who sat out the last game against Cape Verde because coach Hossam Hassan made a strategic choice, is expected to strengthen Egypt's attack.

Hassan also decided to rest Mahmoud Trezeguet and Marwan Atteya for the Cape Verde game due to suspension worries, but all three players will be available for the Botswana match. In the previous game, Egypt tied 1-1, which didn't change their qualification status but showed the need for a strong performance in the final round.

With Marmoush’s return, Egypt hopes to secure a dominant victory and build momentum for the tournament in Morocco.
