Olimpia suffers from Derlis González's injury, out for three months
Derlis González, forward and key player for Olimpia, suffered a serious injury during the classic match against Libertad last Saturday, which resulted in damage to the meniscus in his right knee.
The player, who had been regaining his top form, was substituted in the first half after getting injured without contact with an opponent. According to the medical report, González will undergo surgery next week, sidelining him for an estimated period of three months.
