Ola Aina Could Miss Chelsea Clash After Europa League Injury Blow

Nottingham Forest defender Ola Aina is a doubt for their upcoming Premier League fixture against Chelsea after picking up an injury in European action.

The Nigerian international featured in Forest’s Europa League encounter against Aston Villa, helping his side secure a narrow 1-0 victory at the City Ground.

However, concerns arose late in the match when Aina went down in visible discomfort with around 15 minutes left to play. After receiving medical attention on the pitch, the full-back was unable to continue and had to be substituted, with Zach Abbott coming on in his place.

As things stand, Nottingham Forest have not released an official update on the severity of the injury.
