Juventus has officially announced the signing of Khéphren Thuram, the son of legendary Lilian Thuram.

The young central midfielder has signed a five-year contract with the Turin club, running until June 30, 2029.

Khéphren Thuram joins Juventus after spending five seasons with French side Nice. Over those five seasons, the 23-year-old midfielder played 167 matches, scoring 9 goals and providing 12 assists.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Juventus paid Nice €20 million for the transfer of Thuram Jr., with an additional €5 million potentially payable in bonuses. Under the contract, Khéphren will earn €2.5 million per season at Juventus.

Lilian Thuram played for Juventus from 2001 to 2006, winning two Scudetti with the club. Khéphren's older brother, Marcus Thuram, plays for Inter Milan.
