Bayern Munich officially announced the contract extension with the club legend, Thomas Müller. His previous deal was set to expire in the summer of 2024, but both parties have agreed to extend their collaboration for another season, until June 30, 2025.

This means the seasoned footballer will continue to delight Bayern's fans with his game for at least another 1.5 years, showcasing his talents in the club's jersey.

At 34 years old, Müller has been a part of Bayern's system since the distant year of 2000. He made his debut for the first team in 2008 and has since played 684 matches across all competitions for the Munich-based club, scoring 237 goals and providing 261 assists.

With the club, Müller has triumphed twice in the UEFA Champions League, claimed the German championship 12 times, and secured the national cup six times. He also clinched the World Cup with the German national team in 2014.

In the current season, Müller has featured in 18 matches for Bayern, scoring two goals and providing five assists.
