Official: Wikki Tourists Appoint Bala Abubakar as New Technical Adviser

Wikki Tourists have confirmed the appointment of Bala Abubakar as the club's new Technical Adviser following their relegation from the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) to the Nigeria National League (NNL).

The Bauchi-based club officially unveiled the young tactician on Saturday as they begin preparations for the 2026/27 season with the aim of securing an immediate return to the top flight.

Abubakar arrives with a CAF B coaching licence and a wealth of experience in Nigerian football. Over the years, he has managed several NPFL clubs, including Lobi Stars, Niger Tornadoes, Katsina United, and Doma United.
