Official: Stade de Reims Sign Senegal Forward Sambou Soumano on Free Transfer

Stade de Reims have completed the signing of Senegalese striker Sambou Soumano on a free transfer following the expiration of his contract with FC Lorient.

The 25-year-old has put pen to paper on a four-year deal after successfully completing his medical, becoming Reims' latest addition ahead of the new season.

The Senegal international enjoyed an impressive 2025/26 season with Lorient featuring in 31 league matches. During that campaign, he scored four goals and registered two assists for Lorient.
