OFFICIAL: Shooting Stars Adopt MKO Abiola Sports Arena as New NPFL Home

Shooting Stars have confirmed the MKO Abiola Sports Arena in Abeokuta as their new home ground for Nigeria Premier Football League matches.

The move follows concerns about the condition of the pitch at the Lekan Salami Stadium in Ibadan, which was considered unsuitable for television broadcast. The Oluyole Warriors were given the option to relocate to either the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos or the MKO Abiola Sports Arena in Abeokuta, with the club choosing the latter.

Shooting Stars will play their first game at the new venue this weekend when they take on Warri Wolves in an NPFL fixture.
