Details: Today, the official page of French club Marseille on social network X announced that 46-year-old Italian coach Roberto De Zerbi is no longer the head coach of the team.
It is reported that this decision was reached mutually after lengthy deliberations and discussions, with both parties agreeing it was in the best interest of the club.
Roberto De Zerbi took charge of Marseille in July 2024. Under his leadership, the club played 69 matches, recording 39 wins, 8 draws, and 22 losses.
The club expressed its gratitude to Roberto De Zerbi and wished him all the best in the future. Currently, Marseille sits fourth in the French league table with 39 points.
