OFFICIAL. Real Madrid extends contract with the club's graduate

Real Madrid has extended the contract with their academy product, Lucas Vazquez.

The new agreement is set to run until June 2025 with the Spanish footballer. Vazquez turned down several offers from other clubs, as he desired to remain at Real Madrid.

He made his senior football debut in 2010 with Real Madrid C, where he played one season, participating in 14 league matches. From 2011 to 2014, he featured for Real Madrid Castilla. Over the next three seasons of his career, he played for the club's reserves, predominantly as a key player.

During the 2014–2015 season, he played on loan for Espanyol. He joined Real Madrid's first team squad in 2015. Since then, he has been playing for the Whites.

Additionally, it's worth noting that Real Madrid has also extended the contract with Luka Modric.
