Milan have landed one of the biggest deals of the summer transfer window.

Details: According to Fabrizio Romano, Diego Moreira has officially joined Milan from Strasbourg. The Rossoneri will pay a fixed fee of €50 million, while another €16 million is included in add-ons. The agreement also contains a sell-on clause and represents a record sale in Strasbourg's history.

The 22-year-old Belgian winger has completed his move after Milan finalized the agreement with the French club. Moreira has signed a contract running until June 2031 and becomes another major addition to the Rossoneri squad.

Chelsea will also benefit financially from the transfer. Moreira moved from the London club to Strasbourg in 2024, and Chelsea retained a meaningful sell-on percentage as part of that deal. As a result, the Blues are now set to receive a share of Strasbourg's income from the winger's move to Italy.

It is worth noting that Moreira made 27 Ligue 1 appearances for Strasbourg last season, scoring four goals and providing six assists. Transfermarkt currently values the Belgium international at €25 million, considerably below the potential €66 million package agreed for his transfer to Milan.
