Manchester United has officially confirmed that Kobbie Mainoo has signed a new contract with the club, which is valid until June 2031.
The announcement was made on Thursday, with the England international putting pen to paper on a new five-year deal.
The England international has been instrumental since the arrival of Michael Carrick, starting 12 of the club’s 13 league games. Mainoo had earlier requested a loan move away after falling out of favour under former United head coach Ruben Amorim.
