The central defender from Udinese has joined Premier League newcomers Leeds United.
Details: Today, Leeds announced on their official X page the full transfer of 26-year-old Slovenian international Jaka Bijol.
According to Leeds' press service, Bijol has signed a contract running until 2030, though the transfer fee remains undisclosed.
Jaka Bijol joined Udinese in 2022 from CSKA Moscow for €4 million. Since then, the young Slovenian has cemented himself as a key central defender, making 95 appearances and netting 5 goals for the club.
Now, the Slovenian is set to test himself in the most spectacular league in the world—the English Premier League.
Bijol's market value is currently estimated at €18 million, according to Transfermarkt.
