Official: Iñigo Martínez extends contract with Barcelona

Barcelona continues to actively work on extending the contracts of their key players, and today the club announced a new deal.

Details: Barcelona's central defender Iñigo Martínez has officially extended his contract with the club.

The new contract for the experienced player with the Catalans is set until the summer of 2026, whereas the previous agreement was due to expire at the end of the current season.

This season, Iñigo Martínez regularly features in Hansi Flick's starting lineup. The 33-year-old defender has appeared in 33 matches across all competitions, scoring 3 goals.
