Fulham have officially wrapped up one of the final big moves of the window: Hugo Larsson is a Cottager.

Details: The London club confirmed the signing on their official channels shortly after midnight. According to Sky Germany and the BBC, the package is worth up to €25 million, with the 22 year old flying to London on Tuesday morning to complete his medical after Fulham fought off Crystal Palace and Brentford.

Larsson leaves Eintracht Frankfurt after three seasons in which he went from Allsvenskan record signing, €9 million from Malmö in 2023, to 119 appearances, 10 goals and 7 assists for Die Adler. Last season brought 2 goals and 2 assists in the Bundesliga, and though he had slipped down the pecking order, his ceiling kept Arsenal watching in the past. The Swede, capped 12 times by his country, signed for Frankfurt until 2028 and was still tied down to 2029, which explains the price. He becomes Fulham's second midfield arrival of deadline day after Real Madrid's Manuel Ángel, as Marco Silva's side aggressively rewire their engine room for the Premier League campaign.

It's worth noting that Larsson made his senior debut for Malmö at just 17 in a Swedish Cup final, a stage that never fazed him and that Frankfurt believed made him a future star.

Reminder: Here we go! Fulham reach agreement to sign Real Madrid midfielder Manuel Ángel.
