Paris FC has announced the beginning of a new chapter in its history. Antoine Kombouaré has been appointed as the head coach of the first team and will officially take up his duties on February 23, 2026.
We are delighted to welcome Antoine Kombouaré — a recognized figure in the football world. His experience will allow us to continue developing the club and secure our place at the highest level," said Antoine Arnault, a representative of the Arnault family, owners of the club.
The club's management is banking on the expertise and leadership skills of a coach who has proven himself at the top level of French football. Kombouaré is renowned for his work with Strasbourg, Valenciennes, PSG, Al Hilal, Lens, Guingamp, Dijon, Toulouse, and Nantes. Notably, as a player, Kombouaré became a French champion with PSG.
It should be noted that after a string of unsatisfactory results, Stéphane Gilly was dismissed. Currently, Paris FC sits six points clear of the relegation zone, holding 15th place.
