Leeds United have officially announced the signing of Facundo Buonanotte.
Details: Argentine attacking midfielder Facundo Buonanotte has joined the Whites on loan until the end of the 2025/26 Premier League season. Brighton still retain the rights to the player.
Recall that the 21-year-old Argentine midfielder is a product of Rosario Central, where he made 32 appearances before making the move to England shortly after his 18th birthday. For Brighton, Buonanotte played 50 matches in all competitions before going out on loan spells.
Last season, the Argentine featured for Leicester, where he became one of the team's leaders: 35 matches in all competitions, 6 goals and 3 assists. In the first half of this season, Buonanotte was on loan at Chelsea, making just eight appearances for the London club.
Buonanotte could make his debut for his new club as early as Saturday, January 17, in a Premier League clash against Fulham, with kick-off scheduled for 16:00 Central European Time.
Reminder: PSG are ready to spend €100 million on Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez.
