OFFICIAL. Dele Alli will continue his career in Serie A

The controversial English footballer Dele Alli has officially become a player for Como, as announced by the Italian club on their social media.

Details. Como announced that they have signed an 18-month contract with the former England international, with an option to extend it for another 12 months.

Head coach Cesc Fàbregas shared his thoughts on the signing.

"The club believes in Dele's potential and aims to help him regain his best form. His experience and leadership qualities will undoubtedly benefit the team."

Reminder. After his move from Tottenham to Everton, Dele Alli's career quickly declined. This was due to recurring injuries and serious mental health issues. From Everton, the player was loaned to Beşiktaş, and now he is a free agent.

It is also worth noting that rumors about Barcelona winger Ansu Fati possibly joining Como were previously circulating. Fàbregas personally denied these rumors.
