Palladino was already considered as a candidate earlier this summer, but at that time the club opted for Jurić. Atalanta will be the third club in the Italian coach’s managerial career. Previously, he worked with Monza and managed Fiorentina.
After 11 rounds of the current Serie A season, Atalanta sits 13th in the league table with 13 points.
Reminder: Earlier, Atalanta dismissed Ivan Jurić following a string of poor results in Serie A.
