Official: Aston Villa Sign Senegal International Nicolas Jackson from Chelsea on Five-Year Deal

Aston Villa have officially completed the signing of Senegal international Nicolas Jackson from Chelsea for a reported fee of €75 million.

The 25-year-old forward has signed a five-year contract with Villa, with an option to extend his stay for an additional 12 months.

Jackson’s arrival finally gives manager Unai Emery a player he has admired since their time together in La Liga. The transfer is reportedly worth an initial £47.5 million, with a further £17.5 million available in add-ons.

The deal represents a significant profit for Chelsea, who signed Jackson from Villarreal for around £32 million in 2023.

During his two years at Stamford Bridge, Jackson made 81 appearances across all competitions and scored 30 goals.
