Winger Jaden Philogene, who was a transfer target for many clubs, has officially left Hull City.
Today, Philogene has returned to his home club, Aston Villa, which had the first right of refusal to buy back the 22-year-old player, and they exercised this option.
The transfer fee amounted to 16 million euros, and his contract with Aston Villa runs until the summer of 2029.
Previously, there was reported interest in Philogene from Barcelona, Ipswich, and Everton.
In the recently concluded Championship season, Philogene scored 12 goals and provided 6 assists in 32 matches. For England's U-21 national team, he has scored 3 goals in 4 games.
