Nuri Sahin wants to loan Chelsea midfielder Chukwuemeka to Borussia Dortmund

Borussia Dortmund head coach Nuri Sahin is looking to bring Chelsea midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka to the German club.

Details. Borussia is aiming to strengthen its midfield and is seriously considering the possibility of signing the English midfielder on loan. Reports indicate that Chelsea is open to discussions regarding the player's loan move.

Context. The 21-year-old Chukwuemeka joined Chelsea from Aston Villa in 2022 for €18 million. This season, the England youth international has made five appearances, four of which were in the UEFA Europa Conference League.

Additionally, Borussia Dortmund recently loaned striker Sébastien Haller to Dutch club Utrecht.
