Nuno Mendes wants to leave PSG for Manchester United

The left-back position remains a concern for Manchester United, and the club has identified a player who could solve this issue.

Details: According to Foot Mercato, PSG left-back Nuno Mendes has definitively ruled out negotiating a new contract with the French club.

Mendes is highly interested in a move to Manchester United, who are pursuing him. The appeal stems from Mendes’ previous stint at Sporting under the management of Rúben Amorim, and he is eager to work with him again.

However, Manchester United’s financial situation poses a challenge, making an expensive winter transfer unlikely. The move will most likely happen in the summer.

This season, Mendes has played 17 matches across all competitions, scoring 2 goals and providing 2 assists.

Reminder: Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford is reportedly close to joining AC Milan.
