NPFL: Shooting Stars Part Ways With Nurudeen Aweroro and Two Other Coaches
Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) have officially parted ways with head coach Nurudeen Aweroro, Team Manager Tammy Tamuno and Assistant Coach Shakiru Lawal with immediate effect.
The Oluyole Warriors confirmed the decision in an official statement, revealing that the club and the three members of the technical team had mutually agreed to bring their respective contracts to an end.
The decision follows discussions between both parties, with Shooting Stars stressing that the separation was reached amicably.
The club also thanked Aweroro, Tamuno and Lawal for their professionalism, commitment and contributions during their time with the team.
Shooting Stars particularly acknowledged their role in the club's impressive third-place finish in the 2025/26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season, a result that secured continental football for the Oluyole Warriors.
