NPFL Moves Plateau United vs Ikorodu City Clash to Lafia Over Security Concerns

The Nigeria Premier Football League has confirmed that the upcoming fixture between Plateau United and Ikorodu City will now be played at the Lafia City Stadium.

The decision to relocate the match comes in response to the recent security unrest in Jos, with officials opting for a safer venue.

The game is scheduled to take place next Monday, with kick-off set for 4pm. Plateau United head into the fixture sitting ninth on the table with 43 points from 32 matches, while Ikorodu City, who are pushing for their first-ever league title, occupy third place with 52 points from the same number of games.
