NPFL: Kano Pillars Officially Sign Benin Goalkeeper Obassa Adebiyi From Remo Stars

Kano Pillars have officially completed the signing of Benin Republic international goalkeeper Obassa Adebiyi from Remo Stars on a free transfer ahead of the 2026/27 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.

The experienced shot-stopper joins the Sai Masu Gida as one of the club's key additions for the new campaign and is expected to strengthen their goalkeeping department.

Adebiyi will also reunite with head coach Daniel Ogunmodede, having previously worked under the tactician during his time at Remo Stars.
