NPFL: Enyimba Recall Defender Obichere Wisdom from Kun Khalifat FC Loan

Enyimba FC have officially recalled defender Obichere Wisdom from his loan spell with Kun Khalifat FC, bringing an early end to his temporary stay with the Owerri-based club.

Wisdom joined Kun Khalifat FC at the beginning of the 2025–26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season in search of regular playing time and valuable top-flight experience. During his loan spell, the defender featured in nine league matches, gaining steady minutes and exposure.

As of now, Enyimba have not provided any official explanation for the decision to recall the player. The move comes at a time when the Aba giants are struggling for consistency, currently sitting 12th on the NPFL table.
