NPFL: Abia Governor Alex Otti Appoints Daniel Eke as Enyimba FC Sporting Director

Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has approved the appointment of Mr. Daniel Eke as the new Sporting Director of Enyimba International Football Club, Aba.

The appointment was made public in a statement released on Sunday by the Abia State Commissioner for Information, Mr. Okey Kanu, who said the decision is part of the state government’s broader plan to reposition Enyimba FC as a dominant force in African football.

According to the statement, the move reflects the administration’s commitment to restoring the People’s Elephant to its traditional status as one of the continent’s most successful and professionally run clubs.

The Commissioner also confirmed that Mr. Ifeanyi Ekwueme, the club’s former Sporting Director, has officially resigned from his position.
