Only Real Madrid has left now. Liverpool has lost interest in Mbappé
Liverpool, once keen on signing PSG and French national star striker Kylian Mbappé, has lost interest in securing the player's signature.
According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, Mbappé’s transfer is not currently a priority for the Merseyside club.
PSG seems content with any outcome concerning Mbappé's financial arrangements. Under his contract terms, they are ensured compensation in case of his departure or even if he chooses to stay at the club. For the Frenchman, it appears that the most viable option is a move to Real Madrid next year or perhaps the year after. However, given the varied opinions within the Spanish club, Mbappé's transition remains uncertain.
It's worth recalling that Mbappé's contract with PSG is set to expire in the summer of 2024. The French forward joined the Parisian club in 2017 from Monaco, initially on a one-year loan, and then his contract was purchased for €180 million. According to Transfermarkt, the cost of acquiring his rights has remained the same. However, once Mbappé's contract ends, other clubs might secure his services for free, provided they can meet his wage demands.
