Juventus are considering signing Tottenham goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario.
Details: The Turin club is looking to reinforce their goalkeeping position, but negotiations for their first-choice target—Aston Villa’s Emiliano Martínez—have stalled for now.
After talks with Martínez paused, the Bianconeri turned their attention to 29-year-old Vicario, who currently plays for Tottenham.
Last season, the Italian featured in 43 matches for Spurs across all competitions. He conceded 65 goals and kept 13 clean sheets.
Meanwhile, the future of Juventus’ current keeper, Michele Di Gregorio, remains uncertain. Reports suggest that two Serie A clubs and two Premier League sides have enquired about the 28-year-old goalkeeper.
