The deal between PSG and the 23-year-old is reportedly set to run for five years. With the long-awaited green light from the player, PSG executives are expected to launch official talks with the German club in the coming hours, aiming to wrap the transfer up quickly.
Significantly, the Parisian giants have outmaneuvered English side Liverpool in the race to sign the talented Ivory Coast international. Diomande himself made his priorities crystal clear, expressing a firm desire to move to the French capital rather than Anfield. Now, it’s up to the clubs to agree on a transfer fee.
Notably, this season the Ivorian winger has featured in 36 matches for RB Leipzig, scoring 13 goals and providing 10 assists. According to Transfermarkt, the player’s value stands at €90 million.
Reminder: The talented France international will also continue his career at PSG.
