Not like his father. Wayne Rooney's 9-year-old son quits football and chooses a different sport
Kit Rooney, one of the sons of Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney, at just 9 years old, seems to have decided on the sport in which he sees his future. According to The Mirror, the boy has chosen to become a darts player.

It is worth noting that Kit, like his brothers Kai, Klay, and Cass, previously played football. Klay and Kai are currently players in Manchester United's academy, while 7-year-old Cass recently joined Everton, the club where Wayne himself was nurtured.
Kit, however, was inspired by one of the best modern darts players, Luke Littler, and now he is also considering pursuing a career in this sport. Rooney's son became a fan of darts after meeting Littler following his victory at the World Darts Championship.
Well, perhaps in the super-football-oriented Rooney family, someone will indeed choose a different path in sports.
Let's recall that Wayne Rooney is a true legend of Manchester United. In the ranks of the Red Devils, Wayne played 559 matches, scoring 253 goals. During his time with the team, Rooney won 5 Premier League titles, one Champions League trophy, 3 League Cups, and 1 FA Cup.
