Not just buying. Chelsea could sell their winger to a Premier League club

Chelsea have skimped quite massively in the summer transfer window, making several expensive purchases at once. But this money for financial fair-play needs to be compensated, and another Premier League club is ready to help.
According to Football Insider, the London club have been approached by Newcastle over the transfer of winger Noni Madueke. The 22-year-old has been listed alongside West Ham's Jarrod Bowen and Leeds' Cricencio Summerville as Newcastle look to improve their options on the right wing.
Newcastle were previously interested in Crystal Palace winger Michael Oliseh, but he himself has left for Bayern Munich, and Madueke is a more realistic figure to sign.
No talks on the 22-year-old winger have been held so far, as the Magpies are only exploring the possibility of signing him for now.
